Your return window
Let us know you would like to return an item within 30 days after delivery. Keep it unused, with its original packaging, so it can be inspected in the condition it arrived.
How to send it back
You may contact [email protected] or call 818-447-5312 for return help. Include your order number, the item and the reason for the return. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, photos help us understand what happened.

Place your order number or a note identifying the purchase inside the package. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until the return is resolved. Contacting us first is especially helpful when we need to arrange the return shipping.
Who covers return shipping?
We cover the return shipping cost for quality defects, an incorrect item or damage that occurred in transit. For a change of mind, a size preference or another reason unrelated to a product or order error, the customer covers the return postage. There is no restocking charge.
Inspection and refund
Once the return reaches us, allow 3–5 business days for inspection. If it meets the return conditions, we initiate a refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when that credit becomes visible.
The refund covers the accepted returned merchandise and applicable tax. Original standard shipping charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return. When the return results from our error or a defective item, we also refund the applicable original shipping charge.
Exchanges
For a different color or pack, contact us to discuss the available options. Returning the original item and placing a separate order keeps the choice clear; return conditions still apply.
Cancellations
Ask us promptly if you need to cancel. We can stop an order before dispatch when it is still possible. After dispatch, follow the return steps above.
