Shopping and your information
You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact and address information, and keep account credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Products and prices
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown during checkout. Product pages describe available materials, capacity and construction. Color appearance varies by screen, and measurements may vary slightly. A capacity figure is a storage measurement, not a carrying-weight or safety rating.
We make reasonable efforts to keep details accurate. If a material error affects an order, we will explain it and give you the choice to accept the corrected details or cancel for a refund. We may decline orders affected by errors, suspected fraud or delivery restrictions, and will notify you using the contact information provided.
Order handling
An order acknowledgement records receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unavailable items. For a cancellation or address correction, contact us promptly; changes depend on whether dispatch can still be stopped.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is limited to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 states. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 3–7 days. The Shipping Policy explains charges and delivery details. Use and care
Choose a bag appropriate for your belongings and activity. Do not overload it. Product descriptions do not promise protective, rescue or specialized safety performance. Follow any care information supplied with the item.

Our brand identity, original writing and site design may not be reused without permission. Product imagery is used for the purpose of describing the products offered. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers or submit unlawful content.
