Oney Trail is operated by John Oney Outfitters LLC. This policy explains the information used when you browse oneytrail.com, create an account, contact us or place an order.
Information you provide
We receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account details, order contents and messages to customer service. Please do not include payment card numbers in a contact message.
Information used to run the shop
Our web hosting and store software process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, access times and requested pages. This helps deliver pages, maintain security and investigate errors. Shopping-session information keeps track of the products in your bag.
Why we use it
We use information to handle orders and returns, provide account access, answer questions, send service messages, prevent misuse and meet recordkeeping obligations. We do not use your contact form message to add you to a marketing list.
Who may receive it
Service providers that operate hosting, email, delivery and other necessary store functions receive the information needed for those tasks. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect legal rights. Customer information is not offered for sale, and this site has no cross-site advertising integrations.
Cookies and your choice
Essential cookies support a shopping session, the contents of your bag, account sign-in and security. A preference cookie named cookie_oney_choice and a browser local-storage entry remember whether you selected Accept or Decline. This shop does not currently load analytics or advertising trackers.
Accept and Decline both leave essential shopping functions available. Decline does not disable necessary cart or security cookies. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to reopen the choice. Browser controls can remove stored data, although blocking essential cookies can interrupt shopping and sign-in.

Account information remains available while the account is active, subject to necessary record retention. We use HTTPS and access controls; no online system can promise absolute security.
